The Ives Architecture Studio as the “Building Architect” for 71 Union Avenue has designed many medical offices at this 32,000 SF building. This project, to be built in 2014, is for a new Physical Therapy Center. Our staff also designed an exterior rehabilitation which included the new entrance canopy and façade which transformed the image of the building.
